Marketing Coordinator, ALAViDA Substance Use

The Marketing Coordinator will be focused specifically on the client and member (end user) marketing for LifeSpeak Inc.’s substance use product, ALAViDA.  As the Marketing Coordinator, you have a creative eye, planning skills and are motivated by the opportunity to create content that educates, moves and drives action. You are a quick learner, constantly improving your delivery. You are a great listener and communicator who likes to get things done. You do not require close management but have no problems reaching out for direction when you need it. You understand and appreciate the value of evidence-based treatment. Your excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic make you an integral part of our team. Finally, you want to make the world a better place.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Help create member-facing campaigns and publish engaging content
  • Coordinate copy translation with the Translation team at LifeSpeak
  • Create briefings for design projects
  • Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials and newsletters
  • Coordinate content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency
  • Support the brand and service voice and make sure all the organization can easily understand and use that voice
  • Use different systems such as WordPress, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, among others, that support the digital product
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop resource page content, style, and layout
  • Find user-friendly ways to interact with clients, members and drive engagement

 

Within the first 30 days you will be expected to:

  • Learn the structure and operation of the company and the ALAViDA program
  • Learn the details of our tools and systems
  • Become familiar with the team
  • Build a strong sense of empathy for your target audience
  • Become familiar with internal and external teams of translators and designers
