Product Marketing Specialist (U.S.)

Media-featured care-tech venture seeks dynamic Product Marketing Coordinator to strategically evolve our caregiver platform by designing, developing, and deploying responsive web and mobile applications and infrastructure.

Torchlight is looking to hire a full-time Product Marketing Specialist who is interested in playing a key role in driving improvements to the marketing of our Software-as-a-Service caregiving products and contributing to the impact of Torchlight on a national scale. This position reports to the Vice President of Product.

Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborating with the Product Team and Customer Success functions to create topical, eye-catching marketing content and engaging campaigns that support our product’s evolving features and benefits
  • Tracking and analyzing data to iterate on success of product marketing initiatives across internal and external stakeholders, including users, clients, prospects, partners and market
  • Implement campaigns across range of technology platforms
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine, progress, and explore new product offerings, based on internal and external inputs
  • Managing production calendars across stakeholders
  • Create and support materials development in response to client and client success requests
  • Support all aspects of the Torchlight Information Security Policy and associated procedures, including SOC2 Type 2 and HIPAA requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • is a consummate writer/storyteller with a background in developing marketing-related content for a range of audiences
  • has distinct caregiving experiences and/or experience working and supporting the success of children with special needs
  • offers Human Resources experience, with a focus on Benefits Administration
  • has a well-developed design aesthetic to complement your writing prowess
  • possesses organizational skills to manage highly interdependent, complex projects
  • can work independently as well as collaborate with leadership, product & client success teams
