Torchlight, a leading provider of employee caregiver support solutions, announced today that Aimee Gindin and Stacie Vanags have joined the company. Gindin, as Senior Director of Marketing, is joining the executive leadership team. She is responsible for Torchlight’s marketing strategy, brand development, and marketing program delivery of the company’s premier caregiver support solutions. Vanags, as Director of Sales, West, will be responsible for leading the planning and growth of the U.S. West territory.
Before joining Torchlight, Gindin was a founding member of a full-service marketing agency that engaged hundreds of startups and SMBs across the innovation ecosystem, and she has a proven record of helping companies take their marketing to the next level with creative and personalized marketing strategies and programs.

She is also the founder and host of the podcast, The Salted Spirit, which promotes women’s wellness through virtual hosted events and a love for the ocean.
