Dan Richards, CTO, is a software technologist/CTO and specializes in the development of SaaS businesses. Previously, Dan led the Constant Contact engineering team for 12 years growing it from 5 to over 100 people. His expertise centers around software product development, team development, delivery of software as a service, and, technology audits and reviews.
Kelly Wahlberg, CFO, is Co-founder and Partner at Delta Capital Partners. Her corporate experience ranges from publicly-traded software companies such as INSO and Allen Systems Group, (formerly Viasoft), to technology start-ups including Epidemico, Upromise, Fiksu, Cartera Commerce and Axway, (formerly Cyclone Commerce).
Vice President of Product, Carolyn Romano, JD, is trained as a special education and elder law attorney and consultant. She has close to 25 years’ experience working with families and school systems around the country on systems change efforts and support for children at risk.
Rebecca Throop, Head of Marketing, has been working in marketing and branding strategy for over 20 years throughout the health care and technology space. She’s focused on both B2B and B2C communications channels and tactics for early stage startups to a $160 million national healthcare company.
Melissa has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales leadership focused on landing and expanding accounts in high tech, HR, and wellbeing employee benefits. She’s been an integral part of helping companies such as WCS, Virgin Pulse (formerly ShapeUp) and GlobalFit expand their reach with mid-market and large employer groups and health plans to improve the health and productivity of their populations.
Jay Titus, Vice President of Growth Strategy and Partnerships, spent seven years leading both the enterprise solutions and academic services teams at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. His client base focused on senior HR and benefits leaders at Fortune 500 companies and national healthcare systems in order to develop enterprise-wide B2B/B2E benefits programs.
